OGLyoga has been completely committed to making safety and customer satisfaction our first priority especially during the COVID-19 crisis period. This includes working through industry-wide shipping slowdowns. Kindly note due to the overwhelming orders and emails we received during this Black Friday period, there might be a delay in processing your return and exchange. Our CS team will assist you with that ASAP once they receive your email.
Can I Cancel or change my order?
Yes, of course. Kindly Contact our CS team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our service team will be happy to assist you with that. Please note that any changes or cancellations before dispatching are free. Once your order had been dispatched, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees depending on the items you purchased. Kindly email our CS team for more details.

We always take pride in our product quality and craftsmanship. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return& exchange policy on all orders due to the quality issue. If there is any quality issues, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery in the original condition and packaging. Please contact our Customer Care Service right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. For a more efficient refund procedure, please contact us via email before starting the return process.
For non-faulty returns we ask that:
- All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- Intimates, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear and accessories cannot be returned.
- Items with non-returnable marks, selected sale items and free gifts cannot be returned.
- For defective products (the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or defective in another way), customers need to contact our customer service for an exchange or refund process. Return or exchange labels could only be downloaded/printed after our services team confirms.
What the user needs to do?
Return/ Exchange Process
Gentle remind that for non-faulty returns or exchange, Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense(pay a $6.99 per pcs for Tops, $9.99 per pcs for pants). For those defective items return, we will cover the return shipping fee.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at email@example.com to get a return/exchange authorization and address.
Step 2: Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return from our customer service.
Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We will email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
FYI: It will take longer (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
We would recommend exchanging products if there is stock. If you choose to get a refund, the amount will depend on certain circumstances.
- If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the price shown on our site (Item’s original price).
- If your order includes promotions or discounts, the calculated price you've paid for the item is adjusted accordingly. This will lead to differences in the Refund’s amount, from the Original Cost of the items. Should you wish to check how much is the amount of the items after the discounts, you may go to order a query or go through this.
- Shipping fee is excluded from the refund.
How long will the user receive a refund?
You will receive a refund within two week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
